I'm a fan of the fact that there's so much room for them to grow (both monetarily and physically). Tom G. wrote that they have less than 200 stores now with a long term goal of around 800. Sounds like a growth story to me.

The price of Zumiez stock is based on some extremely optimistic assumptions about future growth and the strong interest in retail. If Zumiez has one bad sales quarter this year, then you'll see the stock lose a quarter of it's value.
