Executive leadership seems focused on cost control/cash not growth. Couple the two and Agilent would outperform.

I like the moves management has made in recent years by selling off certain businesses and using the proceeds (which were probably great sell prices) to pay down debt etc. Now A has a clean balance sheet and the bio tech tools should bolster the company through the next year or two of a horrible economy.
