When things turn around it will be a result of the governments around the world having pumped money of all kinds into the system. This will cause a surge in inflation as economies start to tick up. That's why I've been and continue to be bullish on precious metals and the miners of said metals. Really, anything that is sensitive to inflation is a good place to be.

The armageddon nuts and gold bugs always think that gold is the place to be, but in this case that does not mean they are wrong.

You can blame TMFBreakerDave for me adding pitches to so many of my picks.

Almaden Minerals Ltd. is a new stock in the mineral sector and it's earnings increased 9% to C$616K since September 30, 2007, but it's net loss decreased 80% to C$746K. The renenues reflected an increase in interest income due to higher cash balance. Lower loss also reflected the absence of write down of the marketable securities expenses, an increase in income on mineral property options and the presence of recovery. This stock in the sector of basic materials and it is based in Canada. It's market cap is 104.73930.

Precious metals such aa gold and silver are really increasing in value in the past couple of years. As the value of the dollar seems to be decreasing, the values of these precious metals are setting all time highs. This is an investment that will build money over time with very low risk.
