Question mark for shortterm here; investor can choose to be paid the divident of $1.07 in common stock with pricing as follows:
"The volume weighted average price of American Capital's common stock on the NASDAQ Global Select Market on July 27, July 28 and July 29, 2009." (http://www.americancapital.com/investor_relations/FAQs/index.html)

I wonder if the price will go down (good for receiving more stocks as divident, bad for current stock holders) or up.
