Untrustworthy management trying to tout prices->came to present on campus. Does not seem to have strong financials and is losing money. All explanations for expectation of future growth rests upon the expectations of the management (feasibility of these dreams seem unrealistic).

USSI orders continuing, growth in orders may ensue especially for 4D oil and gas shale monitoring systems, this product was demo'ed a lot during 2012. This is the best example of ACFN's current holdings maturing well. ACFN significantly grew the value of CoaLogix previously, I believe the same success can be replicated with USSI and Gridsense, which are two of the four segments of ACFN.
