Cost savings involved in this play for the buyers of ACI's products. In-soure what was previously outsourced and save coin. May take a while for the transition but it favors ACI.

Insiders are buying with strong conviction also a positive.

May take some time but this should pay otherwise IBM will look like suckers holding those $40+ options hehehe.
