The difference is that Accenture has about a dozen separate facilities across India, has hired 19,000 people in India and China (with plans to almost triple that number in three years), and has near-shore facilities in every major Eastern European country. Unlike many of its rivals, Accenture's management team is not attempting to catch up with delivery and technological standards; it is setting the standards," Morningstar analyst Mike Ford-Taggart said in a research note Feb. 20.

Accenture has a wide moat and shows up on my personal fundamental screen. It has scale and competitive advantage.

This is only a 3 star rated company at Morningstar, despite this, it is important to note the Company is starting a massive Share Buy Back program and has $3.4 Billion in cash sitting on the balance sheet.
I think it is the right time to get bullish with Acenture.

Accenture have a quality organisation and stable client base. They have now recovered from their NHS contract losses and my feeling is that they'll be more careful before signing up in the future..
