Stock is down recently due to NHS project. However, consultanting companies are selling projects faster than they can staff them. That's gives them good pricing power.

Actually own this one thanks to Inside Value. Liked it then at 23 and still like it now for the long term. A good company, ok dividends and a solid rep.

ACN is the blue chip of IT Services: intense leadership, well-trained staff, always a step or two ahead of its competitors. ACN is moving agressively into transformational consulting: taking over, running, and improving client operations. This is riskier -- witness U.K patient records project problems -- but produces larger, more stable cash flows than traditionally cyclical and seasonal consulting.
