There is nothing wrong witrh the health of ACS. It is the insider trading that is troubling. If the CEO keeps selling at $ 47.00, there is no possibility for the stock to go much higher than that, no matter how good its development staff has always been.
Another problem is the execution of contracts with state agencies. If this problem does not go away, revenues will come down drastically.
Another problem is its inability to keep outstanding executives. With them gone, it is difficult to see how this corporation compete with its peers in the future.

Just finished reading the 2007 10K. The company is poorly capitalized. Cash flow will significantly be hurt by the increasing cost of carrying their debt. Since 2002 it has underperformed the S&P500 sugnificantly. 97% of their buuisness is derived within the U.S. The slow down in the U.S market will significantly effect their buisness. I just dont see how this stock can outperform the S&P.

Feb 14 (Reuters) - Affiliated Computer Services Inc said it agreed to acquire Germany-based provider of data center and infrastructure services from Waterland Private Equity Investments for about $67 million, including the assumption of liabilities.
The addition of the new business will strengthen ACS' global information technology outsourcing presence by providing IT operations and capabilities in Germany, the technology services company said in a statement.
