this share price is ridiculous

trading at EV/FCF of about 6x (based on next yr) or 7.5x considering there's no income next yr (doubtful since new management is concentrating on profits and cash flows - evidenced by return to profitability and lowering debt load).

btw - lowering debt is such a great move with their loan agreements at base rates +1.5% to 2%, will add almost $1.5 mil/yr in cash flows if they continue to pay down debt at a rate of $100mil/yr. for people who are too dumb to read financials or about how this company operates, showing leverage lower than book value will be good for shareholders as these retards come back to invest - since technically its tangible book value is negative.

for smarter investors, negative tangible book value means nothing when you generate +$150 mil in free cash flow.

these guys are worth 20 at minimum, looking to expand business abroad, if even slightly successful these guys are worth much more than 20.

with major holders not owning more than 10%, investors can be assured that full value will be recognized. There's no chance of this company being sold for less than 20/share without a major, major! bruhaha.

Acxm is at bargain basement prices. Their business will be sought after in these bad times so as to target specific business.
