Adolor Corp (ADLR)

This is a pure bet on Entereg for post-operative ileus, as the rest of the pipeline is in fairly weak shape. If the company is to be believed, things are going well with 500 hospitals enrolled in the EASE Entereg access program. Obviously the potential is enormous, given the number of bowel surgeries and resultant post-operative ileuses in the US every year. So is this going to be a profitable enterprise, or is it all smoke and mirrors? Only time will tell, but at this low price point it's worth a shot.

Very good stock and seems to show low volatily which is good in bad times.

This is an anomalous position for me. As a general rule, I do not buy individual stocks. I prefer to stick to indices for the long side of my portfolio.

With that said, I am intrigued by Entereg's potential. And unlike many other development stage outfits, Adolor has a decent working capital cushion given their current rate of cash burn. I usually avoid these lottery ticket style biotech/pharma plays like the plague. But this one time, I'm making an exception.

This oil and gas stock will out preform the market because we are trying to find more oil and gas supplies so we don't have to depend on other countries for our supply source.

If all trials go well look for this to hit $10 with big partners on board to bring in the cheddar!

has 2 drugs in the new class of pain relievers called delta opioid agonists. Currently there are no drugs marketed in this category. recently paired with Pfizer to get some cash which gives Pfizer marketing rights

Formed new partnership with Phizer. Up 20% on 25 times normal volume.

Explosive potential. Should easily be a $10 stock by the end of January.

Progress on pending drug application with FDA should lead stock to a rebound, though possibly not until as late as February of next year.

Everybody needs painkillers. Especially if you were holding this stock a few months ago.

This company has a strong research team w/ several promising compounds RD going on. The stock price has hit the hard bottom at its cash/short term investment value. Future news would be anything but bad since the current price is built on the assumption that Entereg has already died.
