I don't have much justification for liking this stock, but I do. I like the four percent dividend (10/11/06). I think it's a well run company. I think it has been stable in the market for too long. I think a lot of "energy money" has been in oil over the last 3 years and I expect that as oil stocks cool (if they do) electric stocks will benefit. I want some energy exposure and I fear that oil stocks are a little overbought.
