Excellent value, good return and a strong balance sheet. I had been thinking about this for a while but I am now going to say that this will outperform.

I believe that the current admin. push for health care reform will stall, especially if they go into the spring recess w/out any legislation sent to the President. The upcoming mid-term elections will focus Congress' attention on getting re-elected (ie., not addressing controversial issues), and if the Republicans make the expected gains, the "grand vision" will go the way of HillaryCare. If, however, reform measures favored by the Dems DOES get passed, Government restrictions of payments/reimbursements will greatly reduce the profitability of home health providers.
