Bud and Miller are entering into a price war for the summer. Bud has some cash on hand due to recent eliminations. also debt due to merge.

With Bud's superior marketing they should easily gain marketshare.

I find it hard to believe that this company has fallen in share price so far so fast. Obviously people are not going to stop drinking beer anytime soon... especially during a recession.

The BUD acquisition should make A-B Inbev the world's strongest brewer. Should produce above average returns while taking advantage of scale and merger efficiencies.
