I have been an Apria customer since 2000, buying sleep apnea supplies from them. Recently the people I've dealt with locally have appeared to be overwhelmed by the volume of work they have. Also, it is an industry with low entry barriers. I believe consumers like me will take their business elsewhere to get better service, Apria will lose market share, and will become less profitable.
