director sold 53% of his stake in assisted living operator

PE is about 15x... what is the upside.

downside is kids can't afford to keep grandma in assisted living and price declines.

Too many law suits and liens on properties. They have kicked out medicare tenants and therfore have many empty rooms, especially in their new additions.

Baby boomers are moving their parents into assisted living in greater numbers than previous generations. Remodling of existing units will command better rents.
