Baby boomers are moving their parents into assisted living in greater numbers than previous generations. Remodling of existing units will command better rents.

Good long term prospects with the recent addition of new units and refurbishing of others. Not to mention the aging population. Lots of stock repurchasing while the price is low is a good sign.
