Alico is the real estate buisness, in addition to raising cattle and sugar cane. It also has a 9,500 acre citrus grove. All told it manages 135,466 acres of land in five Florida counties. Alico is trading at less than $1,000 an acre.
There is a lot of value here, especially give the limited leverage.
