Utility sector is a good choice for value and for defense. This company has low debt, good margin, and a good dividend (not to mention a cool ticker symbol).

This is a solid, well-run company that will outperform the market over the next five years. Currently sporting a dividend yield of 6.9% and a P/E of 9.1, I think the uncertainty in the Florida real estate segment overshadows other core operations. I also like it when insiders like Emery Sidney add to their holdings.
