Folotyn is going to be the breakthrough drug for PTCL, and a new study will show just how effective it is. I expect that lots of orders/contracts will be made and that this is the lowest we will see this stock for a while.

Recent FDA action, solid cash position, hopefully this will become profitable.

Because its got cancer treatments recently approved by the FDA that will hit the market in October. This will go from a development/research company to a revenue producing company. the potential for a partnership with a large drug company is high.

This is a favorable stock both short term and for a long term investment. Allos will achieve greatness because their new drug is unique in its mechanistic effects. At this price the stock screams "BUY". They will have the drug released in October and the revenue will follow. Analysts put target at $13.00 but I am expecting much higher by 4q of 2010

FDA approval seems likely given SPA and committee's recommendation.

The Company’s product candidate, pralatrexate, is a selective antifolate designed to accumulate preferentially in cancer cells. The Company recently announced that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) accepted its New Drug Application (NDA) for pralatrexate for the treatment of patients with relapsed or refractory peripheral T-cell lymphoma for priority review and established a Prescription Drug User Fee Act date of September 24, 2009 for a decision regarding approval of the NDA.

Should this drug receive approval in late September Allos will begin generating revenue for the first in its company history.

I like this as an M?A play within the next few months.

This company is on the cutting edge of various cancer treatments. They have FDA orphan approval on some and very positive indications on other drugs. With the upcoming conference discussing their results and future, I expect for this one to climb back into the $10 range very soon and $15 within the near future. I think it's fueling up and getting ready to fly so for me, it's time to buy and enjoy the ride.

Stock that has beat the S&P 500 most of 2008 and insiders own more than 10 percent of the stock.

News is pending (Dec 2008) on its cancer drug PDX for a cancer that has no approved first line therapy. Data to date would support FDA approval. If final data is consitent with prior data the company will submitt an NDA for the drug. Although FDA is a wild card for approval, it is expected because this cancer has a huge unmet demand. If approved, this company should easily have a $1B market cap.

This is a dangerous pick because the phase II PROPEL trial for PDX in lymphoma could easily have positive topline results later this year. However, the stock has recently risen to relative highs without any other positive catalysts, and I expect a pullback before the data is eventually released.

Wow, I just can't see it. With constant new management, directors, increased stock options, no viable product, living off investor money with promises that FDA might approve 2 bios, seems too risky for me. I might go it if not for the exit of 2 directors and future of another issuance of stock.
