I worked for AMCORE Financial for 5 years. I was a loan officer and the company has a good outfit to recoupe with. I think the bank is eating alot of heat from the volatile market almost any bank has been hit hard. I think below $20.00 is a solid buy… More

I worked at AMCORE for 5 years and they did well for quite some time. I think the problem comes from them purchasing too many banks. It has hit them hard with way the economy is going and the problem with people not being able to pay their mortgages.… More

Worst is behind them. May recover some of the loan lost reserves with time.
