This is a speculative pick--if they buy Etrade, they go down the crapper...in that case, this stock plunges. I've got some OTM puts on AMTD for this very scenario. This a lottery ticket pick.

They do not have a moat, switching brokers is easy. They have alot of research tools but I don't think the research tools are much of a differentator. Electronic brokerage is strictly a commodity business.
