Inc. or APOL is the company that has been an education provider for more than 30years, The University of Phoenix, Inc., Institute for Professional Development, The College for Financial Planning Institutes Corporation and Western International. Analyst Jeff Silber foresees a large rise in this stock. It is already up 22% today. His projection was rated on the high enrollment for the parent company, The University of Phoenix. They have classes available on-line. With gasoline prices where they are, this is the most economical way to return to school.
