With normal operating activity, the stock price is at a fair value. If they managed to follow through with any of the three MOUs they have released, this stock is well below fair value. These large projects have a very high profit margin and collectively offer far over a billion in revenue.
This is an excellent company, in a sector that will be in high demand.

Have been a buyer since $3+. Fundamentals cannot be disputed and the future of China, and EM economically is out there for all to witness.
The current Texas deal is a HUGE BONUS to the overall equation. APWR could be a $2-3B player within 24-36 months, assuming AE contracts continue to mount. If that isn't GROWTH, i'll vote for obama.

Highly diversified energy play in China -- hydro, solar, wind, and traditional power generation. Lots of new projects under construction, plus recent acquisitions, should fuel continuing high growth. Solid balance sheet, with cash at about 10x debt, and a forward P/E under 10 -- far less than what a profitable company with this growth path in the world's fastest growing economy should be selling for.

Most people don't realize that, as the most populated country in the word, China has 4x the population of the US (1.3B compared to 300M). China knows they have an energy crisis and (unlike the US) they seem to be taking action. China has doubled wind capacity every year since 2006, and APWR seems well positioned. But I think the ride will be a bit like a roller-coaster, as the upstarts jockey for position. It seems to me that the trick will be to act like a trader short term, but with the mind of an invester long term, that is, keep coming back for more. So far it has worked for me.

China plans to increase Wind Power output from 10 GigaWatts to 100 Gigawatts between now and 2020. Also one of the key problems is getting the power from the turbines to the industries in remote locations. AWPR operates in both of these fields.
