Hoping the smart guys I follow are right.

I'm not a fan of buying a stock going into a drug launch. That's typically a time when stocks are more likely to go down than up, and Ariad has proven to be no exception. The share price has declined twice since the approval of Iclusig in Decmber, once immediately after approval due to concerns about adverse effects on the label and once this week due to concerns about early prescription numbers. Iclusig's indication is limited to second line therapy in CML and the size of that market is debatable, so there is definitely reason to be nervous about weak numbers. The share price recently dipped below 18 from a high of 24 after approval and a recent peak of 22.
On the other hand, the share price seems to have stabilized, at least for the moment. Phase III trials of Iclusig in newly-diagnosed CML and as a therapy switch are in progress or on the launching pad, and Iclusig is likely to receive a favorable recommendation from CHMP in Q3 2013. Some smart people I follow on Twitter are moving back into the stock, not the least of whom is Portefeuille with whom I have a collaboration. So today I bought 200 shares at 18.2 for the collaboration account. So far, everything we've bought together has been a winner.

Very rich valuation + unimpressive pipeline + stock went up (???) following 13-1 thrashing of ridaforolimus as maintenance therapy for patients with mSTS by ODAC.

It could be a winner, but it is a LONG shot. I would rather bet on 6 red.

Another overvalued Biotech company. This company has never been profitable and seems to make all its money off partnerships.

Right now ARIA has everything going for it to see some big profits. I think it is a buy and I think we will see $20.00 a shear this year.

I have followed ARIA during 8 years, the research and technology in progress is very sophisticated, it will treat tumors that currently have no therapies and very poor prognosis. It will eventually take over by MERCK(MRK) which currently has a deal in one of the leading drugs to co-promote. Annual projected income in just this product is upwards of 1 Billion, profits to be shared. More to come from this great biotech company

UPWARD trend is set.
