Price will stay in a consistent range and with a high dividend yield it will greatly increase portfolio values for the long term.

At current, the dividend yield is roughly 14%. Even with uncertainty in interest rates going forward in the next year, this return to investors is noteworthy against the general sideways to gently sliding S&P.

High dividends and expect the stock market to cool down in the next few years.

Residential real estate is making a substantial comeback in the United States, and this company is significantly undervalued, probably because people doubt current management, but even if returns remain steady, with dividend payments this stock is returning over 10% annually.

Mreit's have taken huge hits recently. even with the recent hits on mreits, i still think it could go lower. but seriously a 20% dividend yield? This is definitely going back up in the long term.

Formula: Fair value=Sqrt(22.5*EPS*BV) I expanded it a little by also using EPS Normalized and Tangible BV
My current Graham Number Valuation Range (GNVR) for ARR: $11.34 to $12.63

Rates will (almost) definitely be going up. In the DC Metro area the demand is beginning to rapidly outpace the supply of residential RE. The days of %5 interest rates are coming.

Interest rates remain low until 2014+? Well, REITs will continue to generate revenue. Even after the rise of interest, it will be a good time to cherry pick the top value REITs for long-term dividend plays (10+ years). I like a monthly dividend player, and this is one of the top players in the field, currently. Once the interest rate rises, though, it's anyone's guess what will happen to the field.
