+ Watch ARR
on My Watchlist
High dividends and expect the stock market to cool down in the next few years.
Dividends have continually declined since inception.
Div. (Yield) $0.60 (14.2%)Current Yield . . . . . . 17% ! ! !
Dividend fund rebound.
Residential real estate is making a substantial comeback in the United States, and this company is significantly undervalued, probably because people doubt current management, but even if returns remain steady, with dividend payments this stock is returning over 10% annually.
I think the worst is over for MREITS. We are at or near the bottom.
Undervalued and insiders are buying
Mreit's have taken huge hits recently. even with the recent hits on mreits, i still think it could go lower. but seriously a 20% dividend yield? This is definitely going back up in the long term.
Upset I picked this one as early as I did.
http://wiki.fool.com/The_Graham_Number Formula: Fair value=Sqrt(22.5*EPS*BV) I expanded it a little by also using EPS Normalized and Tangible BV My current Graham Number Valuation Range (GNVR) for ARR: $11.34 to $12.63
Nice entry price for high yield - pay me early and often with high yield monthly dividend
thinking it will go the right way.
Rates will (almost) definitely be going up. In the DC Metro area the demand is beginning to rapidly outpace the supply of residential RE. The days of %5 interest rates are coming.
