ARRS is trading at $8.47, well off its 52 wk high of $17.89. It's selling close to its book value despite the fact that it posted increased revenues for Q1 and has a backlog of orders of 147 million. The company does need to improve its EPS. If there isn't any improvement in the EPS within the next two quarters, I may change the rating to an underperform.

It's not like the company is in dire straits by any means. Although they missed estimates, the broadband internet business is growing.
