I like the short term opportunity here. Analyst are increasing their earning estimates and given the low valuations already present this is an opportunity for significant price growth.

UNDER-VALUED ALERT
Apparently, there is some trouble in the semiconductor business that I know nothing about.
I do know fundamental analysis.
Book Value = $24.80 (Little risk to buy in)
Cash per Share = $4.89 (Enough to ride out 2010)
I know there is -$275 in FCF so far this year; but seriously, should this stock be punished for temporary pain? NO, buts that's good news for us!
Apparently, the stock is priced to never make any FCF ever again. But that can't be true, they obviously have products that are making money.
This stock should be valued at least at $35 per share and I believe it has the potential for $50 per share.
So there is plenty of upside to take a little risk at this point.
Currently market volatility is relatively low, so I am going to buy some 2011 or 2012 Calls or both and possibly sell some puts too.
