Global business Posting some fine numbers beating earnings estimates 8 out of last 8 calls on the global need for its products. Last 12 months sales nearing 6 billion and more 1 billion in income. Around 18% Net Profit margin.Has the look of one with the mark.

Not many tech firms can claim 50% ROIC and +60% market share yet trade at 10x '08 EPS and 2x EV/Sales. Immersion litho is 50% of ASML's backlog, which means the order book is fairly well protected even in a semi-cap down cycle. Since last trough ('02), company has outgrown the industry by 500bps, while consistently raising prices (ASPs are double what they were early in decade). While competitors (Nikon and Canon) try to figure out a way to catch up, ASML just continues to produce plenty of free cash flow, with which it has bought back over EUR1bln of shares.
