We have concurrent unemployment and infrastructure emergencies... What do you think Washington is going to do?

This is risky though because the states have a long way to go before they can think about repairs---maybe it will take another disaster... As long as there is no run on the dollar, too soon... this stock may have short term revenue growth.

If you beleive in the infrastructure play, this would seem to be a really good bet, both domestically and over seas
