0% D/E ration, 3 qtrs. of increasing fund ownership, and spectacular EPS trend makes this a buy in 2011.

I sometimes look at highly rated members picks and look for the ones that have underperformed and have cost players big points. I then see how highly or poorly rated they are and whether or not they might be good picks. Seems like this one has been doing bad for quite a few people. Just wanting to see how this method does as I've been trying it out as of late.
Recs
Solid jump in earnings in July. P/E is a little high at the moment, but the P/B is only 1.30. Earnings for Q3 are also expected to be higher than Q32009, which should give a temporary boost to the price.

If you beleive in the infrastructure play, this would seem to be a really good bet, both domestically and over seas

Strong company that should benefit from projects in the pipeline.

Until things get straightened out with Obama's infrastructure plan this stock INMO will under perform in the short term. It does look like a good long term play if you can buy it on steep fast dips.

Stands to benefit from Obama infrastructure spending programs. Leader in it's field.

Infrastructure will boom over the next few years as it's the easiest and most efficient way to keep people working. While governments invest billions in infrastructure just think of how much money is returned to those same governments in income tax, sales tax, fuel tax etc. etc. etc.
Infrastructure is an excellent way to spend money keeping people employed and get immediate return on the dollar that just went out the door.

One thing that I am starting to learn is patience. Sometimes a person can make the right deduction but still suck on tailpipe for a long while before Mr. Market in his infinite wisdom decides to come around.
I've recently looking at the write-up of GENC, another even-better asphalt play, that's been languishing for months despite mans CAPS posters correctly calling that:
1. The economy would tank, and
2. Obama would show up to usher in a new wave of infrastructure spending that ought to benefit the company.
The market has been killing GENC all the same, despite killer profits, tons of cash, and no debt. Markets aren't even kind of efficient. They are just pseudo-efficient.

This company is all about the pavement, in a good way. They are the number one infrastructure source for that great black stuff we all love asphalt and with Barack's infrastructure plan that means stock up on this stock.
