I know little about solar technology and energy but I can say that any company that becomes a leader in this field should be a huge winner!

Expect the stock to fall in the next couple weeks to months. Just still no market for alternative energy (unless another oil spike hits which I doubt). This stock is hyped up because people WANT alternative energies to work, but the reality is that there is no market for them.

Solar Power - Surely it's time on earth is near. We've been using it with success in space for years. Bet on the future!

Finally able to rate it. The company aims to mass produce flexible, plastic substrates with thin layer photovoltaic materials. In other words, lighter weight and more rugged (in terms of flexibility) than existing technology.

They already have US military contracts, and the DOE recently funded them for more research to work on mass production schemes. If the company comes through with technology to create a high throughput manufacturing process, then I would anticipate a substantial rise in value.
