The company is having trouble on the production, thus making everyone wonder if they can raise enough profit to pay their debt...When we talk natural gas,and oil we know one thing...there is always plenty of money to be made...predict stocks to be anywhere between 10-17 dollars a share in 2-4 years

If ATPG was undervalued at twice its current market value, then wouldn't it have an even greater margin of safety now?
Do I think demand for oil is going to be substantially different over the next 5 years now that the USA is only double A? nope.....
Will slightly higher borrowing costs bog down an over-leveraged oil driller? (over-leveraged according to book assets rather than the value of proven oil finds)...... maybe, but not so much to bring the acquisition value below at least twice the current market value.

Once the oil and/or gas starts to flow up, provided the platform is still operational after any hurricanes that come thru, this should be a most welcome shot in the arm for ATP as the leader that investors want to follow. One concern or comment though, is if the producers of these offshore oil rigs that build them for ATP, and anyone else, truly build these platforms to stand almost anything that the weather can slam them with. Over the last 20 yrs, how much have they learned AND implemented? How quickly can they recover now, verses what used to be normal recovery time. Provided ATP really puts this offshore rig up right the first time, with beefed-up redundant safety and redundant storm protocols in place, this should be an awesome example of leadership and sound investing. I just hope this will be the shining example of doing things right for the employees and the environment, and then making the investors very, very happy for decades to come.
