If ATPG was undervalued at twice its current market value, then wouldn't it have an even greater margin of safety now?
Do I think demand for oil is going to be substantially different over the next 5 years now that the USA is only double A? nope.....
Will slightly higher borrowing costs bog down an over-leveraged oil driller? (over-leveraged according to book assets rather than the value of proven oil finds)...... maybe, but not so much to bring the acquisition value below at least twice the current market value.

This stock was excessively shorted due to the GOM drilling moratorium. Now that they have drilling permits approved, they will find enough cash to fund a successful drilling program, forcing shorts to cover and driving up stock price on fundamentals.
