Asset sales will break out value. New well at Wenlock will improve production. Unfortunately hedged till next year, but will beat #'s just on production gains. Pipelines are carried at zero cost on balance sheet. Chevron had a huge find near one of them. Very cheap oil and gas producer.

HOUSTON: ATP Oil & Gas Corp. reported a record-setting first quarter of 2008, with production, revenues and earnings all reaching new highs for the development and production company.
For the three months ended March 31, ATP's oil and gas production increased 36 percent to 3.6 million BOE, compared to 2.6 million BOE in the first quarter of 2007. Comparing the two quarters, oil production increased from 1.0 million barrels to 1.6 million barrels while natural gas production rose from 9.8 Bcfe to 11.8 Bcfe. The company's Gulf of Mexico assets brought in approximately 6.5 Bcf of natural gas, 1.6 billion barrels of oil and condensate and 16.1 Bcfe of natural gas.
Revenue from oil and gas production totaled US$226 million for the first quarter of 2008, compared to US$144.7 million for the first quarter of 2007. Income was US$48.6 million or US$1.29 per diluted share, rising from US$27.4 million or US$0.89 per diluted share a year earlier.

ATPG is set to have a breakout qtr in Q4 07. EPS should be in the 1.30-1.50 range and improve in 2008. EPS in 2008 should be in the 7.50 to 8.00 range, which is extremely low for a large energy stock. Production should be reasonably balanced between gas and oil, 56/44%. Also split between Gulf and North Sea. Share price should be close to $100 by late 2008.
