AT&T, Inc. (ATT)

Will lose exclusive rights to iPhone. Owners will over react.
Recs
I-Phone sales will continue to dominate

A Great company with an extremely favorable position in the market. I expect this stock to follow along with Apple 5-10% higher or maybe more in the next 3-5 months.
Recs
Will make a lot more money with U-Verse and cell phone services

These guys have the iPhone locked in right now but I believe Apple will drop them in the upcoming years in favor of gaining more market share across more carriers. Plus AT&T coverage is less than pleasing compared to other competitors. We also are headed toward VoIP / cell blended phones and this will probably hurt AT&T as time goes on.
Recs
censoring the internet never works out well.
Recs
Growing too fast. Horrible customer service. But they were at least smart enough to get in bed with the iphone. I'm trying to remove AT&T from my life and it's tough because they have their fingers in too many pies.

Expanding, pays great dividends

ATT is way better than Verizon, it's performing so much better.

The iphone is addicting and AT&T still has an exclusive contract with Apple. My company has used AT&T for the last two years. With the iphone's newer features the IT department no longer whines (ok whines a little) about having to deal with Apple.
RIMM has Obama as a main supporter, but it's possible that Obama did not choose wisely.

Iphone Domination
Recs
The iPhone will continue to draw more customers to a less than desired network.

Stranglehold. Best handsets and since Cingular, best service in the U.S. Expanding into the Middle East and Africa, which are the two premier emerging markets for telecommunications.
Recs
BEcause ATT has strong market shares in the cellphone, land line , and now the T.V. and internet service
Recs
AT & T is loosing it's prestige people are tired of it's holier than thou attidude and have gone with the other companies and they will continue to do so till Ma Bell starts to ease up on her high prices and parlor tricks (free service on extra's for 3 months).
Recs
With a struggling economy, people are less likely to spend their money on unnecessay things such as high speed internet, DVR, HD television, and premium pay channels. Consumers are looking to save money wherever they can, and this is one of the areas they can save money in immediately. Also, the costs AT&T is charging for new services is significantly higher than necessary. Consumers can no longer justify spending $90 for a DSL box, when they were recently offered free with service. AT&T's stock is extremely over-inflated, sell now before it's too late.

communication, it is what it is. Immense. People, Schools Businesses, Governments, At&t helped in about the biggest way to make it what it was in the yester -years. There has bin a lot a talk about mini monopoly because they are huge. But they arn't the only ones competing in this market, just the oldest, Now there holding hands with technology that is at least 5 years ahead of anyone else.Yeah, they'll outpurform.
Recs
AT&T was just rated as an above average company in terms of being predicted to beat the market and survive the economic slow down.
Recs
since merging with bellsouth steady groth in tech feild
Recs
Decades after being broken up by the US Government, Ma Bell is rebuilding the empire they used to hold. They have a large hunk of the household phone service market once again, and are continuing to add consumers through their offerings of good service with decent prices.
