Good mgmt with insiders buying in March. Good business model, and Wachovia's recent downgrade to Mkt Perform notwithstanding, ATU is poised for a comeback.

Growing too fast by way of debt-financed acquistions for my blood. 7% core business growth not impressive on its own.

Downthumb. Good cash flow. But negative free cash flow. High capital spending. 16% 5 year sales growth rate. But recent growth anemic. Good quick ratio. But high total debt ratio.
