I have owned shares of A.T. Cross & Company in my IRA < $4 per share>. These shares are still attractive for purchase by long-term investors over the next five to ten years.

A worry is the volitility and general upward trend of Gold and Silver prices.

Increasing net income, low debt. Makers of expenisve pens. Boring industry, boring name, perfect.

Has beat several recessions and made money, perfect gift, lots of variety. I made almost 100% on stocks like starbucks in a year buying during recession not based on metrics, but on how a business is managed. Starbucks closed locations based on sales, kept others open and concentated on new products like via and christmas seasonals...cross made money and will make more as at staples they personally habe a section now, a hreater selection and changed packaging for ALL products...something a company that foresees ups would invest in....

This is a unique company, has been there ever since, its a very strong establish brand name. No matter what happens it will keep on making a good contract signing and graduation gift.

BV north of $5.00. Rev/earnings comparisons easy for the next few quarters. Volatile but has good support.

Although this stock is no longer undervalued, I believe it has fundamentals that will fuel it going forward and will, inevitably in my opinion, cause this company to outperform. Riding the wave of the second quarter's financial results, I believe that the next few quarters will be explosive, as their sales of writing instruments and accessories are already on the rise and their peak time is yet to come. Add that to the fashionable Costa del Mar, and you have a winner.
