As new buyers' purchase less real estate over the next year, REITs like ASN and AVB are well positioned to reap the benefits. There will likely be more demand for rentals, rents will rise and these REITs will benefit.

Major REIT bubble. AVB a part of it. High valuation, low fully taxable dividend. Fundamentals point to a $70 stock.

Now priced way to high. Value and future dividends aren't safe. This company has a huge exposure to declining rents. Has anyone noticed the states their major holding are in? Short this stock and buy back in the 60s-- by June.

Low current price as it was affected by REIT decline. Concentrated in markets that historically have high employment, rebound quickly, and have high barriers to entry for new construction.
