People need a place to live and Avalon is the least levered of the Apartment Reits. This one should be a steady performer and its about 50% off its all time high. Look for a special dividend coming this Christmas as they will be one of the few REITs to grow and not cut their payout.

May be high right now but really only located in 9 states. The places are pretty and same with expensiveness. It's only located in 9 states and it's in different buildings but really the chances of you or most people going here compared to another place is like a 1:3 ratio.
I do not suggest this stock unless something makes it rise but right now there's nothing special or good about this Corp.
