Aiming towards some pretty big markets .At the moment though, still slogging it's way through ph I/II trials and anyone who follows Pharma or biotech knows that 90% of new drugs end up down the drain. I'm not letting that little fact deter me from this one though, they've got some good science going and a recent contract from the US gov shows confidence, don't laugh, in some areas in which they're working. Plus Duttons have them pretty high on their watch list which should mean something. And i like the price which isn't too hard to handle.

speculative early stage biotech but leader in third generation antisense. ran up early last year but then sold off on early trial result for hep c. has potential to explode to upside and pretty good technology.

languishing..but can cure terrible viruses in primates..methinks there is a very excellent chance of doing same in humans

Look for future (2-6 months) in there revamp of their Hepatitis B trial to provide for volatility. Success will solidify this as a near future player and push the stock into the 12-15 dollar range short term wether it deserves to be there or not. Lack of clear success will drop this stock back into the mid 2 dollar range.

Although I bought this stock for their patent position in using RNAI's for stem cell differentiation, AVII has been showing a lot of promise using this technology toward treatment!
