Oversold on the issue of deval of Venezuelan currency - the only bad news currently for this co. which has been performing well.

Big time growth play. This cosmetics company has increased it's number of sales reps in China by 25% in 2008 (up to 5 million!?) and has a subtantial share of the Brazilian market. As those markets continue to come on-line this company stands to grow substantially.
