AVTR owns a lot of junky land in FL that I wouldn't touch with a 10 foot pole. However, AVTR could go private if its stock price drops in the low teens or below. For now it should pull back hard. I wouldn't short it due to the possibility of being… More

Not a good time for this sector, way too many ppl still lost or losing jobs that won't buy homes.
