Tough to see these guys scorching the market anytime soon (6 - 12 months). However, [AWI] is well-positioned to take advantage of the Obama Administration's proposed ~$850B economic stimulus plan, which is reported to contain hefty chunks to be allocated towards infrastructure renewal. If Armstrong captures some of the institutional and commercial work, their corporate balance sheet will continue to improve.

Recently emerged from bankruptcy with a much improved balance sheet. Market leader with top name brands in the industry. Trading well below book value. At the current price there appears to be a wide margin of safety.

Company is up for sell, should spike then level off. they seem to maintain a fair part of the market.

Take over target. Most likely something to be announced before year's end. Only going to get better from here. Just recently got killed with market drop due to housing starts. The real moneymaker division has nothing to do with housing starts, so at $40 it's a real bargain.
