+ Watch AWK
on My Watchlist
Water is more valuable than Diamonds, and this is the BEST pure play on WATER SAFETY
Water is more important than oil...Not more profitable yet. But more important
Rising GDP and current new home construction shortages will spur growth in housing which will increase demand.
Always bought Water Works when I played Monopoly. Water is the unappreciated commodity in America, and these folks have a good, steady dividend. Classic "Geezer Stock" for the Twenty-orst Century...
Essential Service. Water droughts prevalent. Increasing population water needs. A Shale Fracking revolution that requires massive amounts of new water will be the catalyst to finally make water stocks move. Did I mention a safe and secure Dividend?
Lots of room to raise the price on water, particularly where they operate as a monopoly. Soon municipalities will forget they even have the option of running their own water and wastewater systems.
Water essential, good dividend, very predictable stock
I think water is currently an undervalued commodity. As the American population grows it'll take more work to ensure access to clean water, and I think this business is well positioned to profit from that.
High Quality H20
Water will become more valuble ove the long haul. Consolidation will favor AWK.
california water part like this will try
owned it in the past.now i own it again since 20.80.will do well in5/10 yrs dividend growth and rate increases
Simply folks are underestimating the need for water infrastructure buildout/improvement in both the U.S. and globally.
Water, water everywhere and nothing to drink!
