This stock is a great choice. By evaluating this company and looking at their growth pattern and their marketing strategies this is a sure fire stock to pick. This company has great leadership with the ability to think outside the box. With the possibility of some future acquisitions this has all the ingredients for wonderful success, short term and long term both. Keep up and watch out. With this outlook ahead, we should also look to the left and right (aka their competion) for huge leaps as well. If you have a little on the side I say diversify within the sector and buy from all the competetors too for they also are looking very solid. That is my pick and I am sticking to it.

Has been pumped up and ready for the dump. After looking at the financials, it has no reason to go this high. It is involved in REAL ESTATE and MAGAZINE BUSINESS. Both which are basically dead right now. Internet took over magazines and real estate is just awful right now.

A Growth Proposition

If things are supposed to be so bad, how come they are increasing their net profit margins. Well, if one says from the land sales, than revaluation is in order. The risk/reward is mouth watering.

GREAT GROWTH AND FUNDAMENTALS

from 24 to 130 in one year? can it sustain that.

AMREP has excellent financials, its earnings have tripled in the last twelve mos. but the share price is up approx. 5 times. However I still think this Co. will outperform the market for a number of years but then its market cap will be so high AMREP will no longer be a small cap. Will its present businesses sustain that large a co., will it need new management? etc.? But it should be a good ride for several more years.

This property company is not going to repeat their 300% profit growth as in last 2 quarters as they won't get a buyer for that much land again that soon. They will purchase a company this spring for 92 million and that will not be good on the books. Short sales are on 50% of float, I'll be joining the shorts after xmas, with real money if they will let me borrow for a few months!!!!! This stock deseves to be at around $45 MAYBE???? The owners will surely dump a few shares after the new year to push the capital gains into 08 on their personal returns which are perferred stock I'm betting and they will won't have to report until 08. This is very interesting to say the least. Will talk to Peter Pizza the Investor relations man after xmas if he is around but I'd say he is not going to say much, but the $ 92,000,000 needing to be payed to a company called Palm?? is ok grounds to discuss and that we will !!

Misunderstood by most. Tremendous value AND growth play. Great assets in land and commercial property, kind of like a JOE with exploding earnings. May continue to be a short-squeeze, but the fundamentals will eventually win out.

Pure momentum play on this one for me. Looks like a rocket that has more room to go on the upside. I'll exit after a 10% quick profit!
