Giving a thumbs down to BAC along with C in light of the pending court order against the FED to provide information regarding the details of emergency lending highlighting who received loans when, in what amounts and what flimsy collateral was posted to support the loans.
Banks on the weaker end of the capital spectrum, including C, BAC and possibly WFC (though I'm not confident enough to red thumb them) are tantalizing short candidates given this extremely negative catalyst.

Their books are too suspect, and they'll need to pay back Uncle Sam before too long. I don't see how they'll earn $45 billion in the next 4 years.
