I like the opportunity to buy what I think is a solid business in a very depressed market. I think this is a great long term value play, but the economy presents real challenges near-term and its decision to delist in NY a while back and trade on the pink sheets makes liquidity / transaction costs a drag.

This solid company is beaten with the whole market under pressure. The weakening EURO will have an negative effect on the price in USD, but on the other side it will strengthen the reuslt as BASF is an export oriented company.
