Second largest bank in Spain, it is also operated in Latin America, US and soon in China. With a dividend 4.3%, PEG 0.75, no long-term debt, and 15% EPS growth, this should be a sure bet.

I think they will outperform in the long run, but I think they'll be kept down in the Spanish housing mess for a while before that happens.

Good long-term play on Latin American finance on a company with a pretty good and steady value.

Affected by the global financial crisis for the short term. The long term may have significantly better performance though - I'll let you know in a few months.
