If I could short rational drug design I would. But I can't, so this will have to do in the meantime.

Don't get me wrong. I'm all for solving structures and playing with the active site. But with this sort of strategy I think the odds of success are better if you play the lottery.

So, based on my bias against rationally-designed drugs as good investments, this short pick is my bet that fodosine will yield lackluster clinical results.
